Wilson Early College High School - Mentor Program

The PAISD provides support to new teachers and teachers in need of assistance by developing the Teacher Support System Through a High Quality Mentor/Mentee Program. This district’s initiative includes a variety of activities and topics relevant to administrative procedures, curriculum, board policies, testing, and understanding of the early college program. It also includes a meetings calendar and an accountability system to monitor both mentor and mentee activities and progress.
